If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it a million times… Investing in your team’s success potential is absolutely critical to the success of your Practice.


What do I mean by that? I’m talking about providing your team members with the knowledge and skill set they need to succeed. I’m talking about investing in TEAM TRAININGS. When you invest in trainings that allow your team to grow on both a personal and professional level, you demonstrate that:

I spent ALL DAY speaking to my team members about their own personal finances —not work-related financial issues–when I could have been relaxing with my family on the lake.

The thing is, I didn’t mind. No, seriously! I was more than happy to do it.



Because I value each and every person that works at the Scheduling Institute. Yes, I value their professional success… But I equally value their personal success and happiness! I want to give them the tools they need to succeed. I want to INVEST in their futures. I want them to know that their leader thinks they’re incredibly valuable.

So, instead of writing them a simple “Thank You” note and leaving it at that, I planned an entire Financial Seminar on the weekend… And invited them all to attend for FREE.


It’s that simple.

Invest in your team. Do it as often as you think you should… And then do it a WHOLE LOT more. I promise you, it’s a no-brainer with an enormous ROI for your Practice.
