In a continued effort to better serve our clients, we at The U Team have developed a new process for communicating to your office. In the past, our U Program Advisors each were responsible for a particular department. One for Hygiene, Front Desk, Assistant, and Team Leader. However, we’ve decided to move on from this system in order to better communicate with you. Each office has now established a U Liaison, or a point person to communicate with us.
The U Liaison will be a sort of middle-man (or woman) that connects The U Team to your office. He or she will be responsible for communicating various issues and successes your office is experiencing to our U Program advisors. In the coming weeks, we will be reaching out to your office to set up calls between your U Liaison and our Program Advisors here at The U, whether that be Cat, Meg, or Sejla. These conversations will touch on successes and engagement, with a focus on results your office would like to achieve. The U Liaison will use these conversations to form a relationship with our Program Advisors, similar to the way your doctor communicates with his Program Advisor.
We know that having a main point of contact in your office will give us at the Scheduling Institute a better assortment of information we can use to help your practice grow. We are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for you throughout your journey with The U, and we’re extremely excited about our new-and improved process.
